I work on digital government and public-sector data infrastructure by day, and run my own homelab — NAS, local AI inference, self-hosted services — by night. Penn State EE · UMD Telecom · Fujifilm XT3 operator.

Government tech meets
homelab engineering.

Three areas I spend most of my time in — professionally and personally.

Digital Government

Platform operations, system integration, and technical coordination for public-sector digital transformation in Dongguan. I bridge the gap between policy requirements and engineering realities.

Homelab & AI

TrueNAS SCALE, vLLM, RAGFlow, Docker, reverse proxy, split-DNS — I run production-grade self-hosted services at home, including local LLM inference with Qwen3-32B and DeepSeek models.

Photography & Video

Shooting 4K F-log on the Fujifilm XT3. Interested in long-term media archiving, color science, and building workflows that actually survive a decade of format changes.
