东莞市政数局牵头建设的市级政务无人机统一服务平台，是全市政务无人机数字化、智能化管控的核心载体。平台融合无人机自动巡飞与 AI 视觉识别能力，聚焦城市治理、交通管理等核心场景，搭建全市一体化无人机智能调度服务体系。
主要负责政企对接、方案落地及上线全流程保障。对接政数局及各业务局办，梳理拆解政务核心需求并对齐市级建设标准，推动人工智能赋能城市治理；与内部业务、技术团队研讨实施方案、把控实施节奏；跟进平台部署与算法识别效果验证，保障"无人机巡飞 + 智能识别"按计划上线并稳定运行。
A municipal-level unified government-drone service platform led by the Dongguan Bureau of Government Services & Data Management — the core carrier for citywide digitalized, intelligent drone control. It fuses autonomous drone patrol with AI visual recognition, focused on urban governance and traffic management, building a citywide integrated drone dispatch-and-service system.
Lead government–enterprise liaison, solution landing, and end-to-end launch assurance. Work with the Bureau and business departments to break down core requirements and align them to municipal build standards; review implementation plans with internal business and technical teams and keep delivery on pace; track deployment and recognition-algorithm validation to bring "drone patrol + intelligent recognition" online on schedule and run it stably.
广东省"百县千镇万村高质量发展工程"在东莞的数字化落地载体与核心技术支撑平台，作为东莞推进百千万工程的"驾驶舱"。平台接入基础信息、图像信息等多源数据，构建市镇村区域画像；依托政务云本地化算力与自建政务知识库，引入大模型实现平台内智能问答与辅助决策。
作为东莞市百千万工程信息化专班成员，负责项目落地推进。对接省级专班与市政数局，对齐省级政策标准与市级需求，推进平台主体架构与核心功能模块部署。规划平台智能化能力，依托本地部署算力与自建知识库落地大模型（RAG）智能问答应用，提升政务数据查询与决策支撑效率；专项支撑市级政务调度会议，提供现场功能保障与业务支撑。
The digital delivery vehicle and core technical platform for Guangdong's "Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, Ten-Thousand Villages High-Quality Development" program in Dongguan — the program's "cockpit." It ingests multi-source data (base records, imagery) to build city–town–village profiles and, on localized government-cloud compute and a self-built knowledge base, introduces large models for in-platform intelligent Q&A and decision support.
As a member of Dongguan's project task force, drive delivery on the ground. Liaise with the provincial task force and the municipal Bureau to align provincial policy with municipal needs, and advance deployment of the platform's core architecture and modules. Plan its intelligent capabilities and ship an LLM/RAG-based Q&A application on local compute and the self-built knowledge base, improving data lookup and decision support; provide dedicated on-site support for municipal dispatch meetings.
东莞市智慧城市应急三期项目的核心通信基础设施子项目，属于"应急通信保障体系"的关键组成部分。为东莞市应急指挥系统提供基于蜂窝网络的视频通话能力，围绕政务场景通信调度与应急联络需求，建设并完善 VoLTE 视频通话能力，融入全市一体化应急智能指挥体系。
负责项目招投标、签约、实施、验收的全流程管理。对接甲方单位确认建设与部署方案；协同内部技术团队与外部合作方推进落地实施；跟进项目验收、问题整改与资料归档，保障项目合规交付、正常验收。
A core communication-infrastructure sub-project within Dongguan's Smart-City Emergency Phase-III program and a key part of its emergency-communication assurance system. It gives the city's emergency command system cellular-network video-calling capability — building out VoLTE video calling around government dispatch and emergency-contact needs, integrated into the citywide emergency intelligent command system.
Own process management across bidding, contracting, implementation, and acceptance. Confirm build and deployment plans with the client; coordinate internal technical teams and external partners to drive delivery; and follow through on acceptance, issue remediation, and document archiving to ensure compliant delivery and sign-off.
