The eye behind the lens.

Photography for me is about preserving the unrepeatable — the angle of light at a specific hour, the texture of mist over water, the way an ancient city feels at dawn before the crowds arrive.

From the karst peaks of Guilin to the historic grandeur of Beijing, my work moves between landscape and documentary, always looking for the quiet moment inside the obvious scene.

I shoot primarily on a Fujifilm XT3 in 4K F-log, which gives me latitude to work with light in post the way I want — understated, slightly cooled, with shadows that hold detail.
